The quote is an estimate for the selected fault. The team will confirm the repair and price after checking your device. Listed prices are our current repair prices. Repairs without a listed price require an assessment.
Can you repair more than one fault?
Yes — select multiple repairs on our quote page to see an itemised estimate. We’ll assess your device and confirm the final combined quote before starting work.
What if my device isn’t listed?
Use the Other brand or model option on our quote page to send us your device and fault by WhatsApp or email. We will confirm whether a repair is available.
Do I need an appointment?
We currently accept walk-in customers. Visit our Heckmondwike shop during opening hours.
How long will my repair take?
Screen repairs can usually be completed the same day, subject to parts availability and device condition. Turnaround times for other repairs depend on the work needed. Ask the team about the expected time for your repair.
Do screen repairs include a screen protector?
Most screen repairs include a free screen protector, fitted in store. Ask us whether one is available for your device.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 90-day warranty. Ask the team for the warranty details for your repair.
What should I do before bringing my device in?
